Setup Jotform’s ‘Source Code’ mode

Here’s how to connect your Jotform form with Attributer using the Source Code embed method after configuring hidden fields:

Step 1: Generate Your Embed Code

1. Click PUBLISH in the top toolbar.
2. Select the EMBED option from the left menu.
3. Click the SOURCE CODE option.

Step 2: Cope the code and add it to your website

Click the Copy Code button on the SOURCE CODE page.and add it to your website.
